Certificate of Attendance 

A certificate of attendance will be sent via email to each attendee after the congress. 

Visa information

Congress participants requiring a visa to enter Finland should process their visa application as soon as possible.
Participants may obtain a visa invitation letter at the time of making their online registration for the congress. The letter is automatically sent to participants who have fully completed their application and paid.
Abstract presenters and YIM participants may obtain a customised invitation letter prior to their registration by contacting pres@mci-group.com. Please include a reference to the abstract under consideration in your email.
Participants who have applied for a visa in due time but receive a rejection notice from the visa office can benefit from a refund of their registration fee (minus 40 EUR handling fee).

The visa requirements for Finland vary according to the country of origin of its visitors. All visitors entering Finland must be in the possession of a valid passport. Please check which rules and requirements apply to you on https://www.schengenvisainfo.com/finland/visa/

A letter of invitation can be requested online during the registration process once the applicable fees have been paid. Letters of invitation for visa application do not imply a commitment from the conference to provide a financial support. 

Travel Insurance 

It is recommended that participants obtain adequate cover for travel, health and accident insurance before they depart from their countries. PReS and MCI as organisers cannot accept responsibility for personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to, private property belonging to the congress participants.

Directions
It’s easy to get to Messukeskus, whether you’re traveling on foot, by public transport or by car. The facilities are located next to the Pasila railway station, and the airport is a fast train connection away. It is also reachable by bus. Tram line 2 runs from Messukeskus to the center via Töölö. Tram line 13 runs from Kalasatama metro station to the nearby Pasila station.

Travel to Helsinki
The international airport Helsinki-Vantaa Airport (HEL) is located 17 kilometres north of the city centre and you can easily travel from various destinations in Europe and the world.
Furthermore, travelling by train may be another option. National Railway operator in Finland, VR, offers a vast choice of modern trains connecting over 200 rail stations. Finnish railways have regular intercity trains, overnight express trains and high-speed trains, all equipped with modern facilities. Pendolino is a high-speed train that runs in Europe and Finland. HSL Helsinki Region Transport oversees the operation of all of Helsinki's public transportation. The system consists of local buses, trams, metro trains, ferries, commuter trains, and bikeshare. The journey times from the congress centre to Helsinki airport are just under 1 hour.
There are also ferries such as Scandlines which operate 2 short distance, high frequency and large capacity ferry routes between Denmark, Germany and Sweden.
