The YIM venue, Instituto de Medicina Molecular, is located at the back of Hospital de Santa Maria. In order to reach it, it is necessary to enter the hospital grounds. Please see this map. After entering the hospital's main gate, there are two options:
A - either follow the road on your right hand side, and go past the parking lot, or
B - enter the main hospital building and cross through it. There will be signs indicating the way.
Conditions for participation
Participation to YIM is limited to young investigators of 40 years old or younger who have an abstract accepted for presentation at the YIM
Accommodation
Double rooms to be shared between 2 participants.
The online registration system will include the possibility to indicate with whom the participants would like to share. In order to benefit from the accommodation included in your YIM registration, please do not approach the hotel directly. Reservations will be managed according to the information provided in the registration system.

YIM NETWORKING EVENT:
The YIM networking event will take place in "Restaurante Adega do Kais" starting at 8pm

The bus transfers to the venue will leave the YIM hotel at 7:30pm.
Return transfers are scheduled to leave the venue at 12:30 and 1am.
