Congress Venue and Location
The 25th PReS Congress will take place at the Lisbon Congress Centre (CCL) which is located close to the river Tagus and the historical and cultural heritage of Belem, just a few minutes from the city centre, in a prime area with a vast transport supply.

How to Get There
CCL is situated besides the river Tagus and is easily accessible by car and bus. The city centre itself is also accessible via metro and tram. Additionally CCL is located in the near vicinity of major hotels as well as smaller hotels. Commuting from the city centre and the Lisbon Airport to CCL can be done in various ways;

By Car: CCL is equipped with two parking garages with a total capacity of 1100 cars which is accessed from the Praça das Indústrias.
By Bus & Tram: For accurate directions via bus & tram, visit the website carris.transporteslisboa.pt/en/home/ and enter “R. Junqueira (Centro Congressos)” as your destination.
By Train: The CCL is located between “Alcântara Station” and “Belém Station” on the Cascais Line. Your route can be planned using the following website, www.cp.pt/passageiros/en
From the airport: Lisbon airport also known as Lisbon Portela Airport and is located 7km north of the capital Lisbon. Getting from the Lisbon Airport to the city centre, one has the option of using taxi or bus service.
From Cais do Sodré (following busses and tram), it is possible to travel to the Lisbon Congress Centre (station name: R. Junqueira/Centro de Congressos) via Bus 732 in the direction of Marquês Pombal/Outurela or Tram 15E in the direction of Algés/Praça da Figueira
Using a taxi is quite a fast option of getting to the city centre and to CCL. Taxis are available outside the arrival and departure areas and the cost is around €20 although prices may vary depending on the time of day and if luggage is to be transported.
When travelling by bus, you can make use of the AeroBus Shuttle service, which leaves every 20 minutes between 7 am and 9 pm and stops at many hotels before it reaches Cias do Sodré (downtown Lisbon).
DIRECTIONS TO YIM VENUE (stop Cidade Universitaria on the Yellow line)
From the airport, take the metro at the airport (stop Aeroporto, red line) until Saldanha. At this stop, change to the yellow line in direction to Odivelas and get out at stop Cidade Universitaria. Follow the signs to Hospital de Santa Maria, where the YIM venue, Instituto de Medicina Molecular - is located.
A taxi from the airport to the YIM venue will take about 20 minutes.

A certificate of attendance will be sent via email to each attendee after the congress.
Letter of Invitation
A letter of invitation can be requested online during the registration process once the applicable fees have been paid. Letters of invitation do not imply a commitment from the conference to provide a financial support
Travel Insurance
It is recommended that participants obtain adequate cover for travel, health and accident insurance before they depart from their countries. PReS and MCI as organizers cannot accept responsibility for personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to, private property belonging to the congress participants.
